Leo the sales manager was very patient and understanding with me calling every week to see when the car would be in and called me immediately as promised when the car finally arrived. This dealership is Almost an hour from my home but Leo and Miguel were very friendly and helpful and made the trip worth it. After providing all the necessary information they made the process of trading in my old vehicle for my brand new vehicle hassle free.

When I pointed out the discrepancy, he called another manager who reduced the price back down to MSRP, which was what I was quoted at time of purchase. New paperwork was printed, which added to the time spent in the office.
Trust is the foundation of every relationship and this, unfortunately, tarnished the entire experience for me.
